Did you know that just last week, the UBC Archive team uncovered a UBC member's journal from WW2 among the UBC archived materials?

The UBC Archive is proud to have two outstanding individuals apply for our summer internship, Iryna Voloshyna and Kvitka Sozanska. Iryna is a PhD student in Folklore and Ethnomusicology at the University of Indiana at Bloomington, and Kvitka is a PhD student in music performance (voice and bandura) at the Mykola Lysenko Lviv National Music Academy.

With their help this summer, the UBC Archive is taking great strides towards consolidation, digitization, and cataloging. In the very near future we'll be sharing additional information regarding Kvitka and Iryna’s work.
